And as to ITs Cost? ...... Oh please, do me a favour and realise that IT generates every Market available to Man and you cannot buy IT but only Invest in IT.

Either you Lead with IT generating Energy and Money with CyberIntelAIgence or you will follow IT to wonder why you are not Leading in IT whenever IT has been so oft offered.

Now that story was interesting....... and especially so if one is into Global Control Factoring and the SMARTer [AIntelligently Designed] Management of Human Perception ......which logically, to ensure that Order rather than Chaos be the Result, would actually be the Media Placement of a Reality, Controlled to Provide for the Reality as Shown/Shared Globally via the Broad Bands in Channels of Communications feeding ITs Media Applications/Programs ....... Virtual Intelligence.

It would appear to me to be nothing less than a compromised/hacked Operating System/Windows Kernel attempting to either ......
a) rebuild itself to new parameters using new driver algorithms, or
b) seek to further secure/hide its hacked kernel and its driver algorithms....presumably because of the likelihood that the System would/could very easily be perceived of as a Spying Malware rather than an Enabling Software......... which could be perceived and spun as a understandable "human nature" glitch which has surfaced/been exposed in a Beta of ITs Building of a Global Perceptions Management Operation for Future Reality.

Given the Self-Destruct damage that any perception of it being anything else... such as, for example, a cynical, closed and self serving Computer Model to maintain the Status Quo Inequities as have been created by the Subjective, Exclusive Control of Money in Markets rather than its QuITe Objective Supply to Create Markets, it would be real dumb to consider anything less than the SMARTer of any Options which would not point to the System rebuilding ITself Virtually to embrace/Opt in to a Transparent Open Source Code Application.

The original, Tangible Physical Kernel Control model has morphed into an Intangible Virtual Control Model protecting itself and offering protection to its founding Operating Systems rather than dumping them as no longer Fit for Purpose……..
